Wet season with Angel Falls at peak flow, Canaima dugout-canoe approaches running, and the country at its greenest along the tepui country.

Dec-Mar

Dry season with Los Roques at peak diving and snorkelling visibility, but Angel Falls flow drops dramatically and may be a trickle by March.

Apr-May

Transition with Angel Falls flow rebuilding, Los Roques still excellent, and Mérida's Andean roads at their most pleasant before summer rains.

Jun

Hallaca-making seasons aside, Angel Falls comes back to life with the early rains, and Canaima's tepui flights have improved visibility.
